AUCTION ITEMS: Testing: Some items are listed as “untested.” These are items that we do not have the ability to test at the time of listing (i.e. don’t have other parts needed to test it, don’t have correct power supply, etc.). These items are sold as is / as found. Shelf Wear: When an item is listed in its original box and is described as showing shelf wear, we are referring to light rubbing (and possible color missing due to the rubbing) and usually corners slightly dinged. See photos for a more accurate representation of the item. Cleanliness: We find a lot of items in attics, garages, barns, etc. Items may need further cleaning upon receipt in the mail. Want item but not packaging: If an item comes with an original box, and you have no desire for the box itself, win the auction and let us know. We can then invoice you for just the item and shipping costs may be cheaper due to the size of the box. If you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding. PAYMENT: Payment is expected within 3 days after winning the auction. PAYPAL is the ONLY method of payment. We reserve the right to relist any items that have not been paid for within 3 days of the end of the auction. We do not have time to track you down for payment. Our eBay is set so that it will open an unpaid item case automatically after 3 days. SHIPPING POLICY: General Information: We put a two-day handling time on auctions, but most are mailed out the morning after payment unless the next day falls on a Saturday or Sunday. With larger items (over 5 pounds normally), we offer the option for the buyer to elect a shipping method at checkout (usually FEDEX, USPS Priority and USPS Parcel Post). This gives the buyer the opportunity to choose the cheaper method of shipping if they so desire. If we can ship it cheaper and safer by another method other than that chosen by the buyer, we will. Final decision on shipping method rests with us, the sellers, at no additional cost to the buyer. Combined Shipping for Buyers Inside the United States: We will combine shipping on our listings. There are very few exceptions (i.e. if the item is unusually large). For combined shipping, use the ADD TO CART button for your items. Once items are in your cart, go to your shopping cart and use the REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER button located at the top right of the first item in your cart. We will then send you an invoice to pay for the items with the combined shipping rate included. Combined Shipping for Buyers Outside the United States: We only ship using the Global Shipping Program. Currently, the Global Shipping Program does not allow buyers to combine shipping. If international buyers are interested in more than one item, please contact us for details. Local Pickup: We will allow local pickup on ANY of our listings. If you wish to avoid shipping costs, AFTER you win the auction send us a message letting us know you would like to pick the item up and we will invoice you for the cost of the item minus the shipping as well as provide instructions for pickup. Items to be picked up MUST still be paid for through PAYPAL after winning the auction. We do NOT accept payment in person. Broken Items Received in the Mail: If you receive a broken item in the mail, please send an email and attach photos of not only the item but the condition of the box as well. We will refund you and file a claim with the post office. Buyer is required to hold the broken item until the claim is received (usually a week or so) in case the Post Office has any questions. Buyer’s address and contact information is submitted to the Post Office as this is a requirement of the claim. If you initiate a refund with eBay or Paypal for a broken item in the mail, it will take longer for you to get your refund. Using email is the fastest and most efficient way to get refunded. We usually refund within 2 days of receiving the email. FEEDBACK: We have eBay automatically set to deliver positive feedback to buyers once positive feedback is received. Basically, if you take the time to leave feedback you will promptly receive it in return.
